Freesias and Roses Cardboard Coffin

This predominantly plain white cardboard coffin is beautifully and simply adorned with freesia and rose blooms on its base, leaving the lid available to affix a suitable nameplate, and even be decorated with messages or photos by friends and relatives if desired.

In the language of flowers, the freesia is a symbol of innocence, of friendship and of trust; its sweet-smelling blossoms are also often used in aromatherapy to soothe the troubled senses. Freesia’s other meaning is faithfulness, a guarantee that the dear departed will be long loved and remembered after their death.

The rose, of course, is the national flower of England, but has also played a significant part in many other cultures throughout history. It has long been an ancient signifier of love and of beauty; and is also a symbol of compassion in many countries when used to complement a funeral service.

The tasteful freesias and roses cardboard coffin, with its soft pink and lilac flowers,  encourages fond and happy memories of your loved one, hopefully to lift the spirits and relieve the sadness on an otherwise unhappy day. Like all of our cardboard coffins, this is suitable for either burials or cremations and is lovingly made to order within 72 hours of you approving the artwork. The freesias and roses cardboard coffin is suitable for weights of up to 25 stone (163kg), but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a special requirement to be taken into consideration before ordering.
